Ran Peschel

Vice President / Project Manager with 15 years of experience in tenant improvement, ground-up and heavy civil construction. Projects completed range in size from 2,000 to 120,000 SF with values of up to $12,000,000. Current project involvement includes the pre-construction phase through completion of the project, allowing him to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and assure that projects are completed efficiently and timely. Immediately prior to joining Capital Constructors Group, Ran directed a division for an Austin-based general contractor and was responsible for the generation of $60-65m of annual revenue as Director of Ground-Up Project Management. In that role, he effectively managed all aspects of Ground-Up Operations and was responsible for also generating and developing business development opportunities.
