Peter Maneikis

Project Manager with a combined 8 years of construction experience primarily in commercial projects. Completed projects include ground-ups, renovations, tenant improvements, and civil work, with contract values ranging from $250,000 to $10,000,000. Current project involvement includes: pre-construction planning, estimating, scheduling, contract and subcontract management, budget management, project safety, logistics/procurement, and overall project coordination. Before joining Capital Constructors Group in 2025, Peter worked for a different general contractor as a Project Manager in a similar field.
