Project Manager with a combined 8 years of experience in construction ranging from custom home building to ground-up commercial. Completed commercial projects range from 2,000 SF tenant improvements to 12,000 SF ground-up construction with values from $350,000 to $3,000,000. Current project involvement includes pre-construction estimating, contract negotiation, scheduling, project buyout, contract management, project safety, and overall coordination. After starting as a project engineer for Capital Constructors Group in 2020, Max has become a Project Manager.
